Please take some time to review our sample requirements. By following these guidelines you increase the quality of your results and you give us the possibility to help you further.

Full PlasmidSeq	Plasmid DNA	20 ng/µl	≥15 µl	Tube: 4 days Plate: 1 month	Suitable plasmid sizes range from 2.5 kb to 25 kb. While plasmids ranging from 25 kb to 50 kb have not been tested yet, you may try them at your own risk.
Long PCRSeq	Clonal linear DNA	20 ng/µl	≥15 µl	Tube: 4 days Plate: 1 month	Suitable linear DNA sizes range from 600 bp to 25 kb. You may try lengths up to 50 kb.
BacterialSeq	Genomic DNA	40 ng/µl	≥40 µl	1 month	High quality DNA is needed for this service. That means high-molecular weight DNA with no fragments <5 kb.
nanoCORE Amplicon Metagenomics	Total DNA	≥5 ng/µl	≥20 µl	3 months	High quality DNA is needed for this service. That means high-molecular weight DNA with no fragments <5 kb.
